Refund Policy

We have a No refund policy on all custom items, Since custom items are made for you. We will be able to do a return only if its an issue that we caused.

Non-Custom items are eligible for exchange or store credit at the price charged on your original receipt, not including shipping prices for 14 days after purchase date. Store Credit expires after 30 days.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

CustomQing is not responsible for any lost or damaged or wrongly addressed packages. Package labels are printed directly from the address provided at checkout. Please be sure to double check before ordering.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
